Extrajudicial Killing by Nepal Police
Family attempted to file a FIR on December 18, 2009. Rupanedhi DPO refused. They also appealed to CDO Rupandehi. He also refused. FIR has still not been registered despite Butwal Appellate Court order of January 5, 2010, ordering police to register the FIR and proceed with investigations.
