2 February 2024, Kathmandu: A group of conflict victims has enunciated their position on the transitional justice bill under deliberation in the federal parliament.
Based on an intensive discussion held on 29 January 2024 in Kathmandu, the victims have put forth a 27-point demand to the government and the parliament. They have urged the government to incorporate their demands in the third amendment to the Investigation of Enforced Disappeared Persons, Truth and Reconciliation Commission Act.
