Extrajudicial Killings by Nepal Army
The family filed an FIR at DPO, Bardiya on march 28, 2010. The police registered the FIR. However, they did not carry out any effective investigation into the case. Later, the army pressurized the family to withdraw the FIR. A complaint was filed with the Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority against three officials of Bardiya National Park involved in pressurizing the family to withdraw the FIR.
