Extrajudicial Killing
Family attempted to file a FIR on December 10, 2009. Kaski DPO refused. They approached the Kaski CDO on January 21, 2010 who ordered the police to register the FIR, but police has not done so. A mandamus petition is pending in the Supreme Court.
