21 September 2024, Kathmandu: Advocacy Forum-Nepal (AF) organised an In-house Training on Capacity Enhancement in the Transitional Justice Process, with a Special Focus on Torture and Conflict-Related Sexual Violence, Documentation and Collection of Evidence in the Cases of Human Rights Violations and AF’s Future Engagement with TJ Mechanisms in Kathmandu from 20 to 21 September 2024.
AF’s Founder Dr Mandira Sharma commented on the current status of the transitional justice process in Nepal.
At the event, AF’s Director Bikash Basnet clarified the organisation’s position on the TJ Law recently passed by the parliament.
